To be a trustworthy and innovative language development partner to a local community in cooperation with the Last Command Initiative. Facilitating holistic sustainable transformation in the lives of the people of the Northeast; and to inspire, promote and support healthy creativity among the local people of NEI for the creation of new ways of Scripture Use (SU)within their own society.
